  • Can I order from the Hettich eShop without a login?

    If you would like to shop in the Hettich eShop without a Hettich customer account, please use the "Notepad" in the menu. Here you can conveniently collect all the products you need and then export the item list in CSV format (Excel table). Retailer shops often support the import of CSV files. You can then use your Excel list to order directly from one of our Hettich trading partners. You can also find a selected range of our furniture fittings in many DIY stores.

  • How can I use the Hettich eShop? Do I need to register?

    You can use many functions of the Hettich eShop without registering: Search for items, access product information, use eTools such as Hettich Plan, download assembly instructions or CAD data etc.

    Only the direct eShop ordering function is activated exclusively for our specialist dealers.

  • How do I find a personal contact at Hettich?

    Please describe in an email to info@hettich.com what we can do for you. We look forward to receiving your message and will then contact you personally without delay.

  • Are CAD data available for all articles in the Hettich eShop?

    For the majority of our articles, we offer you the corresponding CAD data. - Is your article not yet included? Then simply send us an e-mail stating the article in question and your desired CAD data format to info@hettich.com.

  • Where can I get replacements for my refrigerator hinges and other fittings in household appliances?

    Please first contact the appliance manufacturer directly for replacements, as there may be a warranty claim or they may provide a replacement on a goodwill basis. If this is not an option, please send 3 to 4 informative photos (installation situation, overall view of the fitting, detailed views) and a brief description of the fitting to info(at)hettich.com.

  • Why do the CAD data in the Hettich eShop not always correspond exactly to the product?

    Hettich reduces the file size to make it easier for you to download and process. Installation space dimensions and fastening positions correspond to reality.

  • Where can I find the CAD data formats I need in the Hettich eShop?

    Directly under the description of the selected product, you can choose from a variety of CAD data formats for your download under "Hettich CAD".
